Watercolour Pencils
What is the difference between watercolors and watercolor pencils?
I know that one is liquid or gel and it is in the form of a pencil, and when you apply water on paper it seems as watercolor. I think that watercolor is not practical to carry with you so I thought to make watercolor pencils (Prismacolor) – then I am able to get the same results? What are the differences?
watercolor pencils are certainly easier to use but I find watercolors (paintings) are more interesting result.
