We are finally land owners. Yesterday we closed on the 2.364 acres that we have been trying to buy for awhile now, but has been held up due to county government regulations.
Next up, we build. The plan we drew up is currently at the architects. After that we have to go through all the permits, etc…but hopefully soon the land will be dug up and the foundation poured.
I’m thinking about putting in a small 9 Hole Disc Golf Course, along with an actual golf putting green in the back. And I might even flirt with the idea of getting back into skating by building a 6 ft mini pipe. So many things you can do when you have a couple acres to play on.

JT – What’s going on brother! It’s been awhile. I had no idea you checked this site. Send me an email sometime. And if you’ll really come down if I build one, then I’ll definitely build one. Although after thinking it through, 6 ft may be a little high for me.
