Midlothian Annexation

For those family and friends in Midlothian, looks like the City Council can start annexing under 100 tracts of property at a time in just 90 days.

We have to get our State Representatives to pass a bill that takes away that power from government and gives it back to the people by allowing those being annexed to vote on it.

Usually, annexation comes up every legislative session. Each year, they make it a bit more complicated for the city to annex, but still defeat every bill that allows for a vote.
