Dan Holcomb is engaged! Congrats my brother.
I also recently brewed up a clone brew – Chimay Red. It should be ready in six months or so. Hopefully it will be delicious.
We also recently went down to Camp Eagle for Zack and Sarah’s weddingpalooza or whatever it was called. We flew down in Kevin Griffins companies plane – a twin engine turbo prop plane or something like that. We flew into Rock Springs and Zack picked us all up. When we went back to the airport to fly back up here, the plane was damaged by the wind. Luckily, Zack and Sarah had driven Mom and Dad’s SUV down to camp so we ended up just driving that back up.
In that same wind storm, the shingles on our roof came off on the addition. So I will have to replace 300 square feet or so of shingles. It will be a good opportunity to learn a new skill and then maybe I can shingle the house we eventually build.
All in all, it’s been a busy month or so with more friends and family expected to visit in March.

Nathan says I would like your Chimay Red clone brew. He’s brewed something similar and says I liked it. I can’t remember though. I taste a different beer almost every night (except these last 8 months, of course). :)
