Block Party

I watched David Chappelle’s Block Party a week or so ago. Sarah was skeptical, but she ended up loving it.

Dave Chappelle is one brother who has excellent taste within the genre of Hip-Hop. Talib, Common, The Roots, and Mos Def were all there. If you are interested at all in this kind of music, you gotta check this show out. Combined with Chappelle’s humor, it’s a very entertaining production.

    I loved that movie too Matt! I really liked how they followed the people who got the tickets too. Very cool that it wasnt all flashy and in your face like it could have been. Pretty interesting that he chose Michel Gondry to direct – Im really glad he did…
