The Dallas White Rock Marathon was yesterday. Watching all the coverage of it and home footage of my old youth pastor running it has made me flirt with the idea of running it next year. I know I could run it. The problem though is taking all the time out of the day to train for it.
I told Sarah what I was thinking and she thinks I am crazy for wanting to run it and asked why I wanted too.
It’s all about personal accomplishment. To see if I can take the challenge ahead of me and beat it. Not too many folks on this earth have run a marathon. And I can be one of the few that has…
